Refund Policy

At Irah Farms, refund eligibility depends on the service type.

1. Refundable Items

• Advance payments made to Irah Farms → 100% refundable
• Savings Plan
  • Completed plan → 100% refundable
  • Early withdrawal → 90% refund (10% deduction)

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Product listing fees (Rejected products after 5 edit attempts)
• Monthly subscriptions
• Advertisement and campaign promotions

3. Unauthorized Payments

Payments made directly to vendors are not eligible for refunds and are outside our responsibility.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
