Welcome to Irah Farms. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Platform Overview

Irah Farms is an online marketplace dedicated to roosters, rooster eggs, and related products. We act as a facilitator only, connecting buyers and vendors through our platform.

2. Vendor Registration & Product Listing

• Vendor registration is completely free.
• Listing products requires payment of an onboarding/listing fee per product.
• Vendors must provide:
  • Accurate product details
  • Clear, original, and high-quality images
• Vendors are allowed up to 5 edits (name, description, images).
• After 5 edits, the product will be permanently rejected.
• Onboarding or listing fees are non-refundable, even if the product is rejected.

3. Chat & Communication Rules

• Buyers and vendors must communicate only through the website chat system.
• Sharing or requesting contact details such as WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, or any external platform is strictly prohibited.
• If a user or vendor communicates or transacts outside the platform and faces fraud or loss, Irah Farms holds no responsibility.

4. Payments & Advances

• Customers must pay advances only to the official Irah Farms account.
• Vendors must never request direct payments from customers.
• If a customer pays directly to a vendor, Irah Farms is not responsible for that amount.
• Advances paid to Irah Farms are fully refundable.

5. Misconduct & Account Ban Policy

• Any misbehavior, abusive language, threats, or policy violations in chat will result in:
  • Immediate account ban for 1 month (without notice).
  • Repeat offense will result in permanent ban.

6. Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions offered on the platform are non-refundable under all circumstances.

7. Advertisement & Campaign Promotions

• Vendors can promote products via paid ad campaigns.
• Campaign fees are non-refundable.
• If slots are full, campaigns will start the next available day.
• Vendors will receive statistics such as views and impressions.

8. Savings Plan

• Savings plans are available for 6, 8, and 12 months.
• Managed entirely by Irah Farms.
• If completed fully, users receive a 100% refund (if they choose).
• If withdrawn midway, 10% will be deducted and 90% refunded.

9. Limitation of Liability

Irah Farms is not responsible for:

• Offline transactions
• External communication
• Vendor or buyer fraud outside the platform
• Product quality disputes beyond platform policies

10. Changes to Terms

Irah Farms reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
