Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Irah Farms. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Platform Overview

Irah Farms is an online marketplace dedicated to roosters, rooster eggs, and related products. We act as a facilitator only, connecting buyers and vendors through our platform.

2. Vendor Registration & Product Listing

• Vendor registration is completely free.
• Listing products requires payment of an onboarding/listing fee per product.
• Vendors must provide:
  • Accurate product details
  • Clear, original, and high-quality images
• Vendors are allowed up to 5 edits (name, description, images).
• After 5 edits, the product will be permanently rejected.
• Onboarding or listing fees are non-refundable, even if the product is rejected.

3. Chat & Communication Rules

• Buyers and vendors must communicate only through the website chat system.
• Sharing or requesting contact details such as WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, or any external platform is strictly prohibited.
• If a user or vendor communicates or transacts outside the platform and faces fraud or loss, Irah Farms holds no responsibility.

4. Payments & Advances

• Customers must pay advances only to the official Irah Farms account.
• Vendors must never request direct payments from customers.
• If a customer pays directly to a vendor, Irah Farms is not responsible for that amount.
• Advances paid to Irah Farms are fully refundable.

5. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Marketplace orders

• If a marketplace order is cancelled, Irah Farms will investigate the matter.
• If the fault is on the vendor side, the total amount is refunded to the buyer.
• If the fault is on the buyer side, minimal charges (the transaction fee) are deducted from the amount paid and the remaining amount is refunded to the buyer by UPI or bank transfer.
• Refunds are completed within 4 to 7 days.

Store products

• Delivery charges are not refunded.
• A proper reason is required for every refund request.
• The refund is completed within 4 to 7 days after the product is received back by Irah Farms.

6. Order Confirmation & Vendor Payments

• The vendor receives the product amount after the buyer confirms that the product was received. The amount is settled within 1 to 2 days after confirmation.
• Once a buyer confirms that the product was received, it is considered that the buyer received the product and is satisfied with it. After confirming, there is no option to cancel the order or request a return.

7. Misconduct & Account Ban Policy

• Any misbehavior, abusive language, threats, or policy violations in chat will result in:
  • Immediate account ban for 1 month (without notice).
  • Repeat offense will result in permanent ban.

8. Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions offered on the platform are non-refundable under all circumstances.

9. Advertisement & Campaign Promotions

• Vendors can promote products via paid ad campaigns.
• Campaign fees are non-refundable.
• If slots are full, campaigns will start the next available day.
• Vendors will receive statistics such as views and impressions.

10. Savings Plan

• Savings plans are available for 6, 8, and 12 months.
• Managed entirely by Irah Farms.
• If completed fully, users receive a 100% refund (if they choose).
• If a user drops out of a savings plan, 20% is deducted from the amount paid. Example: a user who paid ₹10,000 in total receives ₹8,000. The refund is completed within 5 to 7 days.
• Irah Farms has full authority to cancel a savings plan at any time. If a plan is cancelled by Irah Farms, 100% of the amount paid is returned to the user.
• In case of a natural disaster or a virus outbreak, if the birds are insufficient for the number of users, the directors may cancel the plans of users who are not paying on time. In such cases, 100% of the amount paid is returned to those users.
• Savings plan refunds are made by bank transfer, so the user must provide their bank details to Irah Farms.
• Slot booking: when a savings set is full, a user can pay a booking amount (shown in the app, e.g. ₹1,000) to book a slot in the next set. When joining opens, Irah Farms notifies and calls the user. While a set is open, a user can also book a slot in it (booking amount shown in the app, e.g. ₹500) instead of paying the first installment, and join later. If the user joins, the booking amount is deducted from the plan amount (example: plan ₹30,000, booking ₹1,000, ₹29,000 left to pay). If the user does not continue, the booking amount is not refunded. The booking amount is also not refunded if a plan is cancelled later.

11. Limitation of Liability

Irah Farms is not responsible for:

• Offline transactions
• External communication
• Vendor or buyer fraud outside the platform
• Product quality disputes beyond platform policies

12. Changes to Terms

Irah Farms reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
